Legend — what the colors & symbols mean

Volume orb — color

How busy trading is right now (last minute) compared with that coin's own 24-hour average.

¼× or less
quiet
1×
normal
4× or more
surging

Volume orb — size

How long the coin has kept trading at or above its 7-day average volume, measured hour by hour. It keeps growing over a day or more and shrinks twice as fast in quiet hours.

24h move dot

How far the price has moved in the last 24 hours, up or down. The exact % is shown under the price (green = up, red = down).

0%
calm
5%10% or more
big move

30-min volatility

How much the price has swung in the last 30 minutes (high vs low), against what a trade needs to beat Coinbase's fees (~0.6% to buy + 0.6% to sell). The % is shown next to the symbol.

0%
stable
1.21%
break-even
2.22%+
+1% profit

Best case only: it assumes buying the exact low and selling the exact high. Past swing, not a prediction.

▲▼Pumps, dumps & timers

A pump is a rise from a low to a high, a dump a fall from a high to a low. A move only ends once price turns back by that much. Last pump / dump show the most recent ones of 1%+.

The three timers count up from the peak or low of the last move of at least 1%, 3%, 5% and 10%. ▲ was a pump, ▼ a dump. "Ongoing" means that move hasn't reversed yet.

⚡▦Bot meter

Live from the order book, compared with that coin's own last hour. The bar and word show how busy the bots are (quiet → normal → busy → frenzy): how many orders are being placed, pulled and changed each second. The line under it is the last 60 seconds.

⚡ flicker: orders placed and pulled within 1 second without trading. ▦ flash walls: big orders across many price levels appearing at once (last minute). A chip lights up when it's 2× normal. Open the HUD for the full panel, including real buy vs sell flow.

Chart lines

Each line is one pair's price % change from the start of the window (the left edge is 0%). Its color matches the stripe along the top of that pair's card.

Click a pair's card or its legend button to lock it (it shows Locked): its line goes bold and labeled and the others fade. Lock as many as you like; click again to unlock.

Exchange API keys

Keys are encrypted and stored on the server's vault; they're never sent back to this page. The board's Buy / Sell buttons stay paper — adding a key does not switch them to real orders.

Position caps

In the backtests the one rule that held up in bull and bear markets was how much you hold, not when: a 50% coin / 50% cash account roughly halved the losses in the 2022 and 2025 bear markets (and half the 2023–24 gains). Caps stop paper buys that would go over your limits. Selling is never blocked.
